Patch 7.3: Der neue Build 24500

In der vergangenen Nacht haben die Entwickler von World of Warcraft den neuen Build 24500 auf den seit einiger Zeit laufenden öffentlichen Testserver von Patch 7.3 aufgespielt und diese allen daran interessierten Personen offenstehende Testphase dadurch dann erneut um einige neue Inhalte erweitert. Zu den mit diesem Update veröffentlichten Neuerungen für den PTR gehörten unter anderem neue Quests für die erste Zone von Argus, die ersten Versionen der T-21 Set Boni, eine Reihe von Klassenänderungen, ein neuer legendärer Ring und neue Tränke für Spieler mit Alchemie. This week’s PTR update fleshes out the first Argus zone a little more, with an additional story chapter, a few side quests, and the first batch of world quests. Most of the first zone’s core content should be accessible at this point.

You’ll also probably see some initial work for Tier 21 set bonuses in this build. These are still very much a work-in-progress, and the numbers in particular won’t make much sense, but you should be able to at least get an idea of what we’re considering for these bonuses. Just please keep in mind, as you saw with Tier 20 bonuses, that there are likely to be many changes down the line as development continues.

Next week, we’re planning to open up Argus’ second zone, as well as the Seat of the Triumvirate dungeon, for testing.

  • Glacial Spike Conjures a massive spike of ice, and merges your current Icicles into it. It impales your target, dealing [ 1,170% [ 1,755% of Spell Power ] damage plus the damage stored in your Icicles, and freezes the target in place for 4 sec. Damage may interrupt the freeze effect. Requires 5 Icicles to cast. Passive: Ice Lance no longer launches Icicles. Frost Mage – Level 100 Talent. 1% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. 3 sec cast.

 

Monk

  • Fists of Fury Pummels all targets in front of you, dealing [ 2,100% [ 2,350% of AP ] damage over 4 sec. Can be channeled while moving. 8 yd range. Instant.

PvP Talents

  • Way of the Crane Increases your Physical damage by 50%, you remove and become immune to all stun, snare and root effects and you heal up to 3 nearest allies for 200% 175% of all damage done. Lasts 15 sec. Mistweaver Monk – Tier 3 PvP Talent. 8% of Base Mana. Instant. 45 sec cooldown.

Windwalker

  • Fists of Fury Pummels all targets in front of you, dealing [ 2,100% [ 2,350% of AP ] damage over 4 sec. Can be channeled while moving. Monk – Windwalker Spec. 3 Chi. 8 yd range. 4 sec cast (Channeled). 24 sec cooldown.
  • Windwalker Monk Increases damage/healing of Blackout Kick, Blackout Strike, Chi Burst, Chi Wave, Fists of Fury, Rising Sun Kick, Rushing Jade Wind, Song of Chi-Ji, Spinning Crane Kick, Strike of the Windlord, Tiger Palm, Whirling Dragon Punch by 19% 22%. Increases periodic damage/healing of Crackling Jade Lightning and Eye of the Tiger by 19% 22%. Decreases cooldown of Blackout Kick and Blackout Strike by 100%. Increases effect #2 value of Tiger Palm by 2. Increases damage/healing of Blackout Kick, Blackout Strike, Rising Sun Kick, Tiger Palm by 26%. Monk – Windwalker Spec.

  • Mind Trauma Fully-channeled Mind Flays cause you to steal 1% 3% haste from the target for 20 sec. Only 10% 12% haste can be stolen from a single target. Stacks up to 20 8 times. Shadow Priest – Tier 4 PvP Talent.
  • Shadow Mania Having Vampiric Touch on 2 or more targets grants you 3 4 Insanity every 2 sec. Shadow Priest – Tier 4 PvP Talent.

Discipline

  • Power Word: Radiance A burst of light heals a friendly target and their 4 nearest allies the target and 4 injured allies within 30 yards for [ 250% of Spell Power ], and applies Atonement for 60% of its normal duration. Can be cast in Spirit of Redemption. Can’t be cast in Shadowform. Priest – Discipline Spec. 6.5% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. 2 sec cast.

 

Rogue

  • Weaponmaster Your abilities have a 6% 100% chance to hit the target twice each time they deal damage. Subtlety Rogue – Level 15 Talent.

  • Absolute Corruption Corruption is now permanent and deals 25% increased damage. Duration reduced to 40 24 sec against players. Affliction Warlock – Level 30 Talent.

PvP Talents

  • Gateway Mastery Increases the range of your Demonic Gateway by 20 yards, and reduces the cast time by 30%. Reduces the time between how often players can take your Demonic Gateway by 30 15 sec. Affliction Warlock – Tier 5 PvP Talent.

Affliction

  • Agony Inflicts increasing agony on the target, causing up to [ 54 + 23.8% 22.6% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 18 sec. Damage starts low and increases over the duration. Refreshing Agony maintains its current damage level. Agony damage sometimes generates 1 Soul Shard. Warlock – Affliction Spec. 3% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant.
  • Corruption Corrupts the target, causing [ 36.3% [ 34.5% of Spell Power ] Shadow damage over 14 sec. Warlock – Affliction Spec. 3% of Base Mana. 40 yd range. Instant.
